Senior Project Manager – Healthcare
Location: Virginia Beach, VA

We’re partnering with a leading construction management firm to find a Senior Project Manager specializing in healthcare construction. The firm is known for delivering complex projects with excellence and building strong, collaborative relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Full Project Ownership: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including coordination with Superintendents, project teams, and owners.
• Financial Management: Own project finances, reporting, budgets, and change orders.
• Project Scheduling & Subcontractor Management: Manage schedules, submittals, RFPs, RFIs, and coordination meetings.
• Team Leadership: Provide oversight, mentorship, and foster a collaborative, safety-first culture.
• Client & Business Development: Maintain client relationships, ensure project quality, and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in construction management, with significant healthcare project experience.
• Education: B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare Expertise: Familiar with healthcare design, code standards, and various project types (renovations to new builds).
• Certifications: ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), LEED, ICRA preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Textura) and excellent communication skills.
