Controls Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Integrator who is eager to apply their skills across a variety of manufacturing industries, including pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and automotive. Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Design, implement, and support PLC, HMI, and SCADA software for control systems and equipment.
• Develop and support electrical hardware systems.
• Understand manufacturing processes and process instrumentation.
• Investigate and resolve complex problems.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors.
• Provide on-call support as required.
• Balance independent work with team collaboration in project environments.
• Maintain at least 80% billable time, with leadership and sales assistance.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in process control and automation.
• Proficiency in programming/configuring PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA software (e.g., Rockwell, FactoryTalk View SE/ME; iFix, DeltaV, PlantPAx, PCS7, Siemens, Wonderware).
• Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
• Availability to respond to on-call requests when needed.
