Control Systems Engineer – Power and Energy Overview We are seeking a Control Systems Engineer to manage and design building automation projects in the Power and Energy sector. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and hands-on engineering. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Sales Support (20%): Lead a project team of 2-5 engineers, identify & assign tasks, estimate hardware and engineering costs, and maintain customer relationships. Instrumentation & Electrical Design (20%): Develop instrument lists from P&ID drawing, select and evaluate control hardware and instrumentation, create panel layouts and electrical schematics, procure project hardware, and inspect enclosures. System Design & Configuration (30%): Lead design review meetings, configure HMI screens and DDC, PLC and/or DCS control algorithms, conduct functional/quality control testing, draft system documentation, and support customer FATs/SATs.
