Position Overview:

• Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and team coordination.
• Serve as the main client contact, ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple healthcare projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Manage project phases, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimating, and forecasting.
• Mentor and supervise project teams, including junior managers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare construction regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in construction management, focusing on healthcare.
• At least 3 years in a senior project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and codes.
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and OSHA certification is a plus.
