Overview:
Our client, a leading general contractor specializing in mission-critical facilities, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects. This role combines leadership, business development, and project execution, requiring extensive travel and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Lead client relationships, driving satisfaction and securing new business opportunities.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
• Actively contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of large-scale construction project management experience, ideally in mission-critical facilities.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in project management tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred:

• PMP, LEED, or similar certifications.
• Experience with business development and securing contracts.
